University facilities

The University has specialist facilities and equipment to support student learning. We assist external professionals in accessing these resources locally on a commercial basis. If you are a member of M|E|C you will be entitled to a 20% discount.

For pricing and availability please contact us with your enquirey. Equipment will be hired out on a first come first serve basis but must be booked 48 hours before collection.

Hiring equipment

All equipment that is hired from the University of Brighton, Hastings must be collected and returned at prearranged times. Before equipment is released you will be asked to provide proof of identity (passport or full birth certificate), valid personal liability insurance and we will need full credit card details for deposit recovery in the event of damage, loss or theft. Please see our contracted terms and conditions for hire.

Hiring facilities

This is dependant on availability as teaching commitments will always be a priority.  No food or drink is to be consumed or bought into studios and suites. A technician's support cannot be guaranteed and would need to be prearranged with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Please note that the University Centre Hastings has opening times that vary over the course of the year.
