What to provide

Meals

Catered accommodation

Some students prefer to have meals provided for them. The catered accommodation package provides the student with breakfast and a cooked evening meal every day. Individual arrangements are to be made for those students with special dietary requirements.

Self-catered accommodation

The student rents a room within your home but will buy their own food and prepare their own meals.

You will need to provide the student with adequate storage space in a cupboard and fridge for their food and agree times when they may use the kitchen to prepare and cook their meals.

hether or not you are providing meals for your students, you should allow them access to your kitchen to prepare refreshments and meals.
