- provide a current Gas Safe Record for your property.

Homestay code of standards
Compliance with our code will ensure that:
- both host and student enjoy the benefit of good standards of housing management and practice
- misunderstandings and disputes are reduced and promptly resolved when they do occur.
We will visit your home on a termly basis to make sure that both you and the student are happy with the homestay arrangements. We also collect student feedback on a regular basis and may arrange additional visits if needed.
