Eggs-ellent effort!
Meet Egg Hog, the creation of Brighton illustration alumna (2004), Vicky Scott (www.vickysworld.co.uk). Vicky was approached by the charity, Elephant Family, to design a special egg for the London-based charity event, The Big Egg Hunt.
This Easter (21 Feb to 3 April) over 200 specially designed eggs will be hidden across the streets of the capital and the competition will be on to find as many as possible. The big eggs have been created by leading designers, artists, jewellers, architects and celebrities. Members of the public are encouraged to download maps and hunt for the exclusively designed eggs. The hunt aims to beat the Guinness world record for the biggest Easter Egg hunt and raise funds for the Elephant Family and Action for Children (through the subsequent auctioning of the eggs). There's also a competition to win a golden egg and a shop full of egg hunt goodies in Selfridges.
