Case studies
Southern Renewables
Southern Renewables, a small-scale wind turbine and solar PV installer, commissioned Lucy Jones and Sarah Field, from the Brighton Business School law team, to help advance the growth of the business.
We provided a legal assessment on standardising the set-up of a renewable energy supply company and guidance on legal issues relating to feed-in tariffs. As a result Southern Renewables were in a better position to understand various legal aspects relating to their business and to advise their main client groups accordingly.
