Application procedure for exchange students applying for the 2013/14 academic year

Application deadlines
- Deadline for first semester (September - February/September - June 2013/2014) is 30 April 2013.
- Deadline for second semester (February - June 2013/2014) is 15 October 2013.
Procedure
After acceptance of the application form and accommodation form you will receive an official offer letter with acceptance slip that you will need to sign and return. You will be assigned a personal University of Brighton student number.
Once you have signed and returned the acceptance slip you a fully confirmed as an exchange student. You will receive details of how to enrol online for your exchange study period nearer the start of your study. This will happen over the Summer for first semester students and in January for second semester students.
If you have opted for Halls accommodation, you will receive a room contract from our Accommodation Office later in the year. Please note that accommodation is not guaranteed for exchange students starting in the second semester.
You will receive information about the International Orientation programme later in the year nearer to the start of your study period. This is usually held the weekend before the start of term for first semester students and is incorporated in the first week of term for students arriving at the beginning of the second semester.
You will also be sent details of where you need to be on your first day at the Brighton Business School on Monday 30 September 2013 or 10 February 2014.
