Design new in-company training courses

We regularly deliver education programmes which we have specifically designed and developed to meet an organisation's needs and objectives. The courses we design can:

  • be accredited by professional bodies if required
  • provide participants with credits towards university qualifications
  • incorporate your own existing content

Our extensive expertise in evaluating training needs ensures that the course we design will have a solid competency framework, providing skills and knowledge that are immediately applicable to your organisation.

Award-bearing courses created specifically for your organisation

Award-bearing courses can also be designed to suit the specific needs of your particular organisation. For example, international IT consulting company FDM now integrates an MSc in applied computer science into its training programme for newly employed graduates.

Clients for whom we have designed training programmes include:

Adapt an existing university course

No matter what your business, we can help you provide a programme of training and professional development that is relevant and flexible. We can adapt both our shorter open courses and our award-bearing courses and have developed employer-focused courses such as the Flexible Graduate Certificate in Business Management and the MA/MSc by Learning Objectives.

Flexible Graduate Certificate in Business Management

The Graduate Certificate in Management provides bespoke, higher-level education designed to address company-specific requirements. Taught in-house, and with a broad range of modules to choose from, it is ideal for organisations looking to develop leadership and management skills amongst their existing staff.

MA/MSc by Learning Objectives

We also offer an MA/MSc by Learning Objectives which provides a masters-level qualification to fit with the demands of your job and lifestyle. The course allows you to draw up a programme of individually tailored study which is structured part-time around your specialist interest and/or your work environment, thus providing a 'work-based masters' course.

Find out more about the MA/MSc by Learning Objectives.

Deliver existing university courses in-company

We can deliver our open courses at a time and place that suits you and your employees. For further details see our open courses or contact us.

Quality assure your existing in-company courses

We can also work with you to quality assure your own in-company learning programmes through our Recognising Educational Quality (ReQ) scheme, which assures the quality of content and delivery.
