Mission statement

The mission of the Careers Service is to provide information, advice and guidance relating to career development to all students and staff at the university and Partner Colleges.

How we support employability

The University of Brighton works hard to ensure its students leave ready to launch their careers. We do this through providing work placements and volunteering opportunities, careers services and mentoring. Our dedication to employability means that, even in the current climate, 85 per cent of graduates, postgraduates and holders of other awards are employed, or study further, within six months of completing their courses.
