Careers fairs

Careers fairs are one of the best ways to find graduate jobs. They give you the opportunity to meet potential employers face-to-face, gain an insight into the labour market, and find out about selection procedures.

Attending a careers fair is worthwhile at any point in your studies. They are a great source of information and a chance to practise your networking skills and make some potentially useful contacts.

The University of Brighton currently runs the following annual careers fairs:

Careers Fair 2012

For the first time we are teaming up with the University of Sussex to hold the biggest careers fair yet - in the AMEX Stadium!  Over 2000 students and 100 companies from a wide range of sectors.

The Teacher Recruitment Fair

This is aimed at final year teaching students and includes representatives from the nearest local authorities who are available to discuss teaching careers opportunities and clarify application procedures.

Virtual Careers Fair

This virtual fair is online only, but it does offer graduating students fantastic access to a wide range of local, regional and national employers.
