Our 2010/2011 internship programme
In 2010/2011 the University of Brighton Internship Programme was funded to provide recent graduates with paid internship opportunities.
The programme gave successful applicants the opportunity to get paid for 222 hours of graduate-level work to keep their skills up-to-date and potentially help them into employment at the end of it.
It also included a one-day employability skills workshop where successful applicants could reflect on the internship and get training in CV writing, mock interviews and other workplace-related skills and job-searching techniques.
81% of interns secured permanent work by the end of this successful programme.
