Changing your course
When first starting at university, you may feel that you are not on the best course for you, or question whether you should be studying at all. You may want to change courses because your ideas of your future career path have changed, or your present course is not fulfilling your expectations.
Many students feel like this, especially in their first term. Most stay and graduate successfully, a few change course and even fewer leave.
Get advice
It is important to consider all your options carefully before changing courses. We have set up a website to help you. For practical advice and guidance on all the issues you need to consider, visit On the Right Path.
If you need some help in making a decision, make an appointment to speak to a careers counsellor at your closest careers centre.
International students
If you are an international student and have a student visa, before you change or leave your course contact the international student advisor.
