Centre for Collaboration and Partnership at the University of Brighton
The University of Brighton Centre for Collaboration and Partnership provides businesses and organisations across all sectors with opportunities to gain knowledge and skills to enable them to improve their performance, at the same time providing academics and students with opportunities to apply and extend their knowledge in business environments.
The Centre offers a range of mechanisms for accessing knowledge and skills available across the university; we can advise businesses on the option most suited to their business needs, identifying grant funding options wherever possible.
Our objective is to make it as straightforward as possible for businesses to engage with skilled and knowledgeable individuals within the university, providing dedicated and expert administration so that partnerships can focus on transferring knowledge and achieving business objectives.
The Centre offers:
- Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP)
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and short courses
- Student placements
- STEM outreach via STEM Sussex, engaging with schools, industry and young people to support Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects
