Filip Jicinsky, Lidl Czech Republic v.o.s.

Our keynote speaker for the June 2013 conference is Filip Jicinsky, Sales Operations Executive with Lidl Czech Republic v.o.s. and formerly KTP Associate with The Seafood Restaurant (Padstow) Ltd and the University of Brighton. He is currently responsible for eight area managers, 31 store managers and his district has over 570 employees.

Filip did his first degree at the University of Brighton, a BA Hons in Retail Marketing. While a KTP Associate he was awarded an MSc in Evolving Retail Strategies in a regional SME. His KTP project was to define and implement a retail business strategy for e-commerce mail order, merchandising and management control, improving profitability, reducing costs, and providing a platform for future expansion. His KTP was completed in June 2009 and received a grading of A (Excellent).

Filip is a very lively and interesting speaker and will be talking about his KTP, the challenges he faced and how the lessons he learnt have benefited him as his career has progressed. His presentation will be very useful and of real interest to all Associates.
