The Role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to deliver a 9 month project between Northbrook College and the University of Brighton. The project aims to complete work initiated by a longer-term project designed to implement business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimise operational performance and reduce costs. Specifically, this project aims to:
- develop a structured system to ensure effective business process management and ownership
- implement selected business process software to support revised processes
- develop KPIs and ensure successful on-going implementation of these, including automated performance monitoring
- promote the outcomes to the colleges in the FESussex group.
The Company
Northbrook College, Sussex is a Further Education College offering a range of programmes from pre-entry to degree and post-graduate level, including a significant apprenticeship provision.
The Person
The successful candidate will have a minimum 2:1 Bachelors degree in a business related discipline or a numerate discipline with business experience. You should have knowledge of the following ideally backed up with practical experience:
- Implementation of optimised business processes.
- Business intelligence software.
- Development of KPIs and analysis of business performance data.
