Data acquisition system
The Hybrid platform consists of a 6 kW single cylinder diesel engine connected to a Lynch motor operating as a generator. Electrical energy from this and battery storage is couple to a Lynch motor. The motor drives a computer controlled dynomometer and a motor to simulate regenerative braking. Data acquisition is via a 16 channel AVL Indiset unit running Indicom software.
