The School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics is committed to the continued contact and future development of all past students and has over 2700 graduates currently registered with the Brighton Graduate Association (BGA).
The BGA provides its members with access to a wide-range of services, benefits and opportunities. Members can renew old acquaintances, make new contacts, enjoy privileged discounts and extend their professional development through seminars, conferences and courses.
The BGA also provides a focal point for both International and UK based alumni to network through career and social events, as well as reunions hosted for specific courses. Our annual alumni magazine, 'The Brighton Effect' contains news and information about the university and fellow graduates. It is mailed out to graduates free of charge.
You can download the latest BGA magazine.
Former students from the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics regularly feature in BGA magazine articles and many have contributed to the success of the school by going on to perform outstandingly well in industry and academia, both in the UK and overseas. There is also a high proportion that have successfully started up their own businesses and visit the school to advise on course and module development, to mentor current students and to offer work placements.
