The university has been awarded a two-year Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with with Crimson Tangerine Ltd – a technology-rich Digital Advertising Services provider .
The KTP will develop innovative data mining and modelling techniques to enhance customer profiling rules enabling the company to optimise web advertisement performance.
The project - which has a total value of £125,372 - will be led by Professor Miltos Petridis and supervised by Dr Roger Evans, both from the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics.
