Since graduating in 2001 I have worked in a variety of roles with my current employer Fujitsu. I started working in an IT and franchise support role and after a years experience got a promotion to a service desk analyst role. I learnt a lot in this role and after two years was promoted to team leader.
Fujitsu have supported me in my career and helped me to develop the skills that I have needed to progress. After going on to work as a service delivery manager for three years I have just taken on my next challenge working in Melbourne in Australia as a service delivery manager.
Brighton helped to shape me by the unique experiences I had and the exceptional friends I met and still keep in contact with. My degree at the time was thought to be a certificate that says I am capable of learning. In the past 4 years though it has helped me in my career and could not have been more tailored for my current job as a service manager
Plans for the next two years are to enjoy the experience of living and working in Melbourne and explore as much of Australia as possible. I plan on staying within the IT industry in service/account or programme management
