Internet and Distributed Systems MSc 2007
I really enjoyed studying my course at the University of Brighton. I am particularly interested in internet applications and the
course covered this area. I obtained a commonwealth scholarship from the British Council in conjunction with the university.I found it easy to settle in at the university and to live in Brighton. There were always tutors available to help and their advice was
fantastic. The rapport within the classroom was excellent.A full masters is 180 credits, which is made up from a combination of modules and project work. Modules are taught in intensive weeks with a medium-size project. This really worked for me as it gave me time to see some of the other cities in the UK.
I am now at home as I wanted to pass on what I have learnt in the UK. I work as a junior lecturer at my local university and plan
to take my PhD in a few years. I enjoy working in education and it has allowed me to continue research in internet-related
technologies.
