The Great Britain Davis Cup team have been preparing for their upcoming match by using the world class facilities at the University of Brighton’s Chelsea School in Eastbourne.

The Davis Cup is the premier international team event in men's tennis. Great Britain will be taking on Turkey in their crucial Europe/Africa Zone Group II tie at Devonshire Park, Eastbourne from 9–11 July 2010.

The team have been using the state of the art facilities at Chelsea School to get ready for the big match. The facilities were recommended to the team by Chelsea graduate, Floris Pietzsch, who is now the Strength and Conditioning Coach of women's tennis at the Lawn Tennis Association.

Current sport and exercise students from the University of Brighton were able to watch the sessions to get an insight into the training methods of professional athletes.
