We know how important it is for children to establish a sense of stability and security and we appreciate that our staff are key to achieving this.
Our nurseries have full-time and part-time staff who have a wealth of experience between them. The range of qualifications achieved include:
- BA(Hons) Early Childhood Studies
- BSc(Hons) Psychology
- Foundation Degree in Early Years Care and Education
- Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership in the Foundation Stage
- Early Years Professional Status
- NVQ Level 4 in Nursery Management
- NVQ level 3
- N.N.E.B
- P.L.A. Diploma
Commitment to staff development
As part of a university offering qualifications in Early Years Professional Status, teaching and childcare, staff development is a priority for us and we give our staff opportunities to develop their skills in early years education and care.
This ensures children at our nurseries have a rich learning experience provided by informed and dedicated professionals.
We also hold regular staff meetings so our staff can discuss the children’s progress and plan for the curriculum and their interests.
