Fellowships & Awards

We manage two award schemes on behalf of the University:

• Learning & Teaching Fellowships
  Internally funded fellowships to support educational development projects, innovations and evaluations in learning and teaching.
• Excellence in Facilitating/Empowering Learning (EFEL)

In addition, we support University nominees (or potential nominees) to the National Teaching Fellowship Scheme to prepare their submission.

The CLT has carried out an analysis of students' descriptions of teaching excellence at the University of Brighton, drawn from the nominations for the EFEL awards, the Students Union Teaching Excellence Awards and the National Student Survey (NSS).
