How to book
Please contact us on the details below to discuss your requirements. We will give you details of the venues available and suitable for your event. Alternatively, please complete our on-line enquiry form and we will contact you.

Non-residential events
After confirming our availability, we will need written confirmation from you that you wish to go ahead. We will then send you the contract for you to sign and return to us along with a non-refundable deposit payment. 7 days prior to the event, we ask you to finalise delegate numbers and any menu choices. Following your event, we’ll ask you for feedback and send you the invoice for any balance due.

Residential events
After confirming our availability, we will send you a booking form to complete and return to us. We will then send you a confirmation to sign and return (with non-refundable deposit) along with a full estimated costing for your event. 7 days prior to the event, we ask you to finalise delegate numbers and any menu choices. Following your event, we will ask you for feedback and send you the invoice for any balance due.
