Located in the Meads area with the Royal Eastbourne Golf Club to the rear, our accommodation is perfectly positioned in this charming seaside town, half a mile from the town centre.

This site is particularly suited to large catered groups wanting modern en-suite accommodation, sports facilities and/or classrooms.

Accommodation
- Self-contained flats/maisonettes of up to 7 single en-suite bedrooms (including private shower, WC, wash basin) with shared kitchen/communal area.
- 354 rooms in total.
- Towels and linen are provided.
Packages available
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be provided when booked in advance.
- Catering can be provided to groups of minimum of 30, maximum of 200.
- Self-catered packages are available. We can equip kitchens with crockery, cutlery and utensils.
Other facilities
We have a range of classrooms, lecture theatres available for hire. There is a bar on site which can be available on request (extra charges may apply). There are also excellent sports facilities on site including indoor swimming pool, three gymnasiums, outdoor artificial turf pitch, sports hall and tennis courts. These facilities are available for hire.
Parking
On-street parking for cars.
Access
There are some bedrooms on the ground floor adapted for wheelchair users. The restaurant and some classrooms are located on the ground floor.
Trains
Eastbourne train station is approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the campus. A taxi costs approximately £3.50 from the station.
Buses
There is a bus stop near the campus which runs into Eastbourne town centre.
Laundry facilities
Coin operated machines on site.
