The digital media industry requires specialists who can integrate sound, video, image, text and animation to create rich and engaging digital user experiences.
Taught alongside the first year of the Digital Media BA(Hons) course, Digital Media Development BSc(Hons) provides students with a dedicated technical focus, including up-to-date scripting languages, internet games, and mobile app development, which produces hands-on graduates able to deliver on a range of practical web and mobile projects.
At the end of the first year, you have the option to transfer on to the Digital Media BA(Hons) course should you wish to develop your skills for a more specialised digital marketing career.
This course continues to grow and adapt to meet industry needs. Upon graduation, you'll meet a real-world demand for skills using the latest technologies to develop innovative digital media products.
