This MBA is designed for experienced professionals wishing to develop their managerial capability and take on leadership roles. It will transform capable professionals with potential into the top managers of the future, able to set, meet and exceed strategic objectives.
The Leadership MBA will help take your career to the next level. You will develop advanced leadership qualities such as the ability to:
- lead, motivate and communicate with managers

- appreciate and understand the organisation and its environment

- lead and implement strategic-level change.

Part-time: 6 years
Course structure
The Leadership MBA is delivered in five teaching blocks, with additional supervision and assessment time. The course is normally completed within 18 months. However, if you are unable to take all of the modules within the 18 month period then you may postpone individual elements and complete the MBA over a longer period of time.
The block mode method of delivery attracts students living significant distances from Brighton. All students can access departmental resources and learning materials remotely via the University's intranet.

Degree and/or experience:
The standard entry qualifications are a degree or professional qualification equivalent to a degree, plus at least three years' relevant management experience or appropriate professional work experience. Applications will also be considered from managers with at least five years' experience who do not hold a degree or equivalent qualification.
The fees listed here are for full-time courses beginning in the academic year 2012-13. Further tuition fees are payable for each subsequent year of study.
The tuition fee you have to pay depends on a number of factors including the kind of course you take, and whether you study full- or part-time. If you are studying part-time you will normally be charged on a pro rata basis depending on the number of modules you take. Different rules apply to research degrees - please contact the Doctoral College for advice.
