    Management and Leadership

Heidi Sly, Project Manager, Southern Rail

Brighton’s CMI Diploma gave me a great overview of all aspects of management and gave me the confidence and knowledge to manage change within my own environment effectively. It has also given me a broader understanding of theories which we apply throughout our business.

I would advise those considering taking the CMI Diploma to put your heart into it and you will get so much back. The tutors are fantastic and the learning environment is so positive that you will really get a buzz from learning.

The course introduced me to people from other companies. We worked together throughout and have formed strong friendships which are still continuing.
