This one-year course offers students the chance to top up their mechanical engineering foundation degree or HND to an honours degree qualification and to broaden their range of skills and improve their career prospects.
Mechanical and manufacturing engineers analyse, test, design, construct, and manage various mechanical systems and are employed industries including automotive, aeronautical, medical, consultancy, construction, manufacturing, and building services industries.
Throughout this practical engineering course, you will develop the range of specialist skills, knowledge and understanding needed to become an Incorporated Engineer.
As well as gaining the systematic understanding required for honours level study, you will emerge as a graduate with practical experience of modern mechanical and manufacturing engineering systems.
Full-time: 1 year
Part-time: 2 years
