This course offers students the freedom to cover a breadth of subjects relevant to the field, with a balance between academic rigour and application of scientific concepts. A key element of the course enables students to work alongside experienced practitioners in areas relevant to their interest. This experience allows students to apply the knowledge gained in other modules and to develop their professional abilities.
Suitable applicants would be sport and exercise science graduates wishing to retain breadth in their academic development, graduates from related sciences who wish to move into the sport and exercise science field or further education lecturers wishing to gain professional development.
