Description
This event has involved working with Sussex Police, Hastings Voluntary Action (Hate Crime Officer) and colleagues based at the Hastings Campus (Student Union, Welfare, Housing, Chaplain). The purpose of the event is to raise awareness within the student and wider community of ‘Student Community Safety’. This event will offer participants access to information, advice and guidance, plus an opportunity to exchange ideas via facilitated discussions. A further aim will be to encourage better communication and understanding between the students and the local community.
