Culture Shift CIC
Culture Shift: Leaders in creative and cultural learning. We are a small non-for-profit social enterprise founded in 2011. We believe that creativity is a catalyst for change that can be harnessed for community and individual benefit. www.cultureshift.org.ukWe work with the creative and cultural sector, in education and youth settings, with businesses, local government, health and criminal justice.
We broker partnerships that put the expertise of creative professionals to use tackling our partners’ most challenging issues. With them, we co-produce tailor-made solutions, in the form of projects, consultancy, training or research where creativity plays a central role.
In early 2012 we are undertaking a huge ‘intelligence gathering’ exercise that will capture information about young people’s involvement in arts and creative activity right across the South East.
We’d like a motivated, organised and creative intern to work with us to digest the information we gather and support us in identifying priorities and opportunities. Then we’d like help sharpening up our marketing and communications so that we can help more young people experience the arts and creativity as a catalyst for change.
Alongside this, there’ll be plenty of creative events management opportunities, project development and fundraising going on. We’ll be very happy to support individual areas of interest alongside our needs.

Reporting requirements: work to Culture Shifts co-directors and in liaison with the company’s 13 creative associates, our partners and networks see www.cultureshift.org.uk/who-we-are
