- Small stage theatre work with nursery children.
- The development of pre-school children's oral storytelling language as a result of drama stimulated by picture books.

Biography
Sarah started her career in at Plumpton Primary school near Lewes; where she coordinated several subject areas. After two years she joined the management team at Middle Street Primary in central Brighton where she was appointed Deputy Head. Whilst in post as Deputy Sarah taught classes in all age phases across the school. In addition she was an Education Action Zone and leading Literacy Teacher for Brighton and Hove LEA. Sarah joined the University of Brighton in 2003. In September 2005 she took on the role of Graduate Teacher Programme Manager.
