Help with getting back in to study
You may be nervous about returning to study. We understand this and will do everything we can to help:
- All of our work-based degrees start with a study skills module which will help you to make the most of your studies
- Personal tutors and mentors will support you both at the university and in your workplace
- Our ICT staff will help you get the most from our computer facilities
- Regular discussion groups and forums allow you to share issues with other students
Career prospects and progression
A foundation degree can be the start of a convenient part-time route to a full honours degree. This requires a further one or two years part-time study after which you may be eligible for further professional recognition (eg Qualified Teacher Status or Early Years Professional Status).
