About the conference

Robin Alexander gave a key note speech on the Cambridge Primary Review CPR).  Local head teachers talked about how they have made changes in their school through taking forward work in the spirit of the CPR. There was an opportunity to ask questions to these head teachers and to Robin Alexander. Alison Peacock, the national CPR regional network co-ordinator was also available for questions.

About the speakers
Robin Alexander is Director of the Cambridge Primary Review at the University of Cambridge. Robin has taught in schools, colleges and universities, has served on government bodies and national enquiries in the UK, and has conducted research, evaluation and consultancy in the UK as well as in may other countries.

Alison Peacock is a National Leader in Education. She is head teacher of Wroxham Primary School in Potters Bar. She joined the school in January 2003 when it was in special measures; subsequent inspections in 2006 and 2009 judged the school to be ‘outstanding’. Alison is the regional network leader of the Cambridge Primary Review network
