Declaring a research vision and strategy for next year and beyond
In June, the ERC team met together with active researchers and doctoral students to consider a number of questions about education research, how the school fits in to the wider view and what can be done to make research conducted here flourish.

There was a morning of lively discussion, laughter, agreement, disagreement and puzzlement as they addressed the questions together and heard more about the wide range of research interests and activities. They will continue to work on their research vision and strategy in July as they prepare for REF and beyond in 2012/13.
