Staff development
A large-scale equality and diversity training programme for staff is currently being rolled out across the university. The Equality and Diversity Advisers are working separately with each school and department to agree suitable approaches to this training for their staff. This may involve individual e-learning, group e-learning, face-to-face training or a combination of these approaches.

Currently this training is only available for staff, but training materials for students can be found in the Equality and Diversity section of Student Life on studentcentral
