All requests for technician support (both IT support technicians AND Broadcast Media technicians) should be made via the Helpdesk:

You must have current anti-virus software installed before you connect your computer to the university network
Information Services recommends that you use regularly updated anti-virus software. We currently have a license agreement to use software from Sophos. To install Sophos onto your laptop, please
