- In order to apply for a course (a masters degree, postgraduate certificate or postgraduate diploma) you must visit the course webpage and follow the online application instructions. See a list of all GPHSS courses.
- Once you have completed your online application the Registry department will forward your application to the relevant School Postgraduate Administrator and Course Leader.
- The Course Leader will either approve or decline your application.
- If your application is unsuccessful, the school will write to you and inform you of the Course Leader's decision.
- If your application is approved, the Postgraduate Administrator will send you a letter inviting you to interview.
- If you are successful at interview stage, the Registry department will send you a letter stating whether or not you have an unconditional or conditional offer.
- If your offer is conditional Registry are awaiting outstanding results before making your offer unconditional.
- If your offer is unconditional, Registry will send you a contract letter which you must sign and return.
- Once you have signed and returned your contract letter to Registry, you will receive and online enrolment letter, followed by a module choices letter, timetable and GPHSS brochure.
- It is crucial that you enrol online before you return your module choices form to the GPHSS office as we will not be able to attach your specified modules to your record if you have not completed the online enrolment.
