At Brighton we are pleased to offer American students three options:
- taking part in our summer school
- spending one or two semesters studying here through the USAC programme
- taking your degree here
Summer school
The university hosts an annual summer school for American students who are enrolled in masters and other graduate and undergraduate programmes. Students receive credits which can be transferred to their home university.
The summer school runs for three weeks and teaching includes a mixture of lectures, seminars and workshops sessions with an emphasis on small group meetings and individual tutorials. The British Culture module forms the common core through the summer school and is a required module for all participants in the programme.
