What our graduates say

contentbox-quote-orange.gifI applied to study Mechanical Engineering on the same day that I met the Dean of Science and Engineering, Prof. Andrew Lloyd at an application event in Malaysia.

I lost my left arm whilst studying for my A-levels and came straight to Brighton upon completion. I was determined but worried about how I would attend practical aspects of my course. The Disability and Dyslexia team helped me contact my course leader to discuss alterations to practical sessions and assessments.

What our graduates say

contentbox-quote-orange.gifOne of my most memorable moments at the University of Brighton is the International Student Week, where the senior students help the new international students settle in and adjust to the culture by hosting fun activities.

The course gave me a broader view of engineering knowledge and has quickly become an integral part in my career. Studying at the University of Brighton was an enjoyable and enriching experience and I highly recommend anyone who is willing to explore it.
