Speak to a student adviser

Greg Weinbaum
International student adviser
Moving to a new country to study is a rewarding experience that comes with lots of benefits for your life and your career.
Before you start, you need to complete a number of requirements, and that’s where I can help. It’s my job to help you understand the requirements of obtaining and how to apply for a visa to study in the UK.
Once here, you may decide to stay longer and undertake further study in the UK. If you find yourself falling in love with Brighton and the UK, I’ll be able to help you understand the criteria and the processes you need to complete to apply to extend your student visa.
Your family will also have lots of questions; so whether they’ve got questions about finance, visas or life in the UK, I’m here to help them understand what to expect.

Scott Roedersheimer
Admissions and enquiries officer
I’m here to guide you through the application process and help you get ready for life at the University of Brighton – no matter the course or campus on which you’ll be studying.
As your first point of contact, we can answer questions about application procedures and deadlines, tuition fees and scholarships, courses and entry requirements, and open days and visits. As well as answering your queries by phone and email, we also share inside information about life in the area on Twitter.
Once you’ve accepted your offer, we’ll contact you and invite you to activate your student account. This means that before you arrive you’ll be able to use studentcentral, our virtual learning environment, to meet other new students online, prepare for your course, find answers to questions and ask us your own.
