Japan - academic equivalencies
Undergraduate
We require students taking the Kotogakko Sotsugyo Shomeisho (Upper Secondary School Leaving Certificate) to take and successfully complete an international foundation year or equivalent.
Postgraduate
We require applicants to hold either a bachelor degree (Gakushi) with a high GPA or a master’s degree (Shushi) from a prestigious Japanese university.

English language equivalency
We will not accept a Japanese English language qualification as meeting our minimum English language proficiency requirements.
