Networked file storage

If you are working on campus you have access to two networked file storage areas.

One is your 'My Files', where you have 5 Gbyte (that’s just over 5000 Mbytes) of space on the university’s SharePoint servers to store your personal files. This area is secure in that they are backed-up every night by Information Services staff and only you can access them.

The second is 'Departmentdocs', which is a place where you can share files with colleagues in your own faculty/department. Files on Departmentdocs are also backed up regularly.This is also soon to be migrated into SharePoint and will be known as My Department.
