Members of the public do not generally have access to computing facilities at the University of Brighton. However, if you are visiting the University as a conference delegate you may have been given temporary access. This will depend on which facilities your conference organisers have requested.
Facilities may include access to the internet from:

your laptop computer or mobile device via the University of Brighton’s wireless network and/or
-
the open access computers in specified libraries and computer pool rooms.
eduroam : if you attend a university/institution that participates in the eduroam service, see our eduroam pages for information on using eduroam at Brighton.
If you don't attend, or work for, an 'eduroam' institution, you will need a UoB username and password before you can connect to our wireless service, or use a university computer.
