Reprint - Remote printing service

Reprint is the name of the remote printing service for staff.
Reprint is the easiest and fastest way to send Microsoft Office and pdf print jobs to Reprographics for copying/printing.
You don't need any special software on your PC and it will work from anywhere you have access to the web.
This is how you do it:
- open your Internet browser
- go to http://reprint.brighton.ac.uk (you may need to enter your university username and password)
- click continue
- click the browse button
- find the document you want to send and click open
- click the upload button, the job will be converted into a pdf file
- click on the document library tab
- from the list displayed, select the job you want to send by ticking the box
- click send, the job ticket will be displayed
- complete as required including your eFin code (all fields marked with an * must be filled in)
- click on send
- click on send job to print room
That's it - your job will be returned to you in the normal way, via internal mail or courier.

Enhanced facilities: If you would like a more sophisticated way of sending documents to Reprographics, you can install RemotePrinter software on your Windows PC. The added benefits include:
- you can send your documents directly to our printers from any application
- it will act as a pdf creator for all your applications, not just MS Word
- it will provide a hot folder on your computer to drag and drop pdf files for printing
If you would like to install RemotePrinter software on your Windows PC,
- go to http://reprint.brighton.ac.uk
- Look on the bottom left part of the reprint screen where you should find a link to install the driver as well as instructions for installing and using RemotePrinter software.
- You will need Administrator rights to install software on your PC
