The group viewing room is for watching videos and DVDs and can be booked for up to 2 hours. The 2 group study rooms are also bookable for up to 2 hours. You need to contact the Aldrich Library enquiry desk in person, or by phone or email to book these rooms.

Bookings policy
Bookings will be kept open for 15 minutes, after which time the room will become available for use by another group. Bags left unattended will be removed and the room will become available for use by another group.

Groups (3 or more people) have priority in the use of group study and group viewing rooms.

In addition, there are 9 other group study rooms in the library which are not bookable. These rooms may be used by any group (3 or more people) at any time.
