If you have forgotten your password, here is what you should do:

Students: Connect to MyInfo at myinfo.brighton.ac.uk  and select the option 'I've forgotten my password'.  You can do this from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

How can I use a university computer to connect to Myinfo,  if I have forgotten my password?
Use the special Myinfo account - log in using myinfo as both the username and password. You will be connected directly to the Myinfo service; you can then change your password.

Staff : If you forget your password, you can contact Information Services in one of the following ways and ask to have your password changed:

  • call in at your nearest library Helpdesk
  • see the staff in an open access computer pool room
  • telephone the Service Desk on  (01273 64) 4444

We can't tell you what your password was, but we can give you a new one. Don't forget to bring your UniCard or other form of identification! If you contact us by telephone, we will need to ask you some questions to verify your identity.
