The brief instructions below should help you to set up your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch for use with the university's wireless network. See also technical information for other devices.

1. Tap the Settings icon
2. Tap the Wi-Fi button
3. If Wi-Fi is off, tap On
4. If you are in a wireless enabled area, you will see University of Brighton in the ‘Choose a Network...’ list
5. Tap the University of Brighton entry that appears
6. Type in your username (not your full email address) and password
7. A security certificate dialogue may appear. If so, tap the Accept button
8. You should now be connected to the university’s wireless network.
