The University Centre Hastings (UCH) has an open week in July. It’s a fantastic opportunity to find out about the range courses available, to take a look at the facilities, talk to tutors and discover what UCH can offer.
Whether you want to study for a degree, improve your career prospects, want to return to study or simply want to take a course for enjoyment, the open week has advice sessions on all aspects of higher education, as well as information on UCH.
These include taster sessions to get an idea of a subject, opportunities to learn about going to university and specific sessions providing information on finance, part-time study and being a student.

The open week runs from 5 -10 July. Monday Tuesday and Thursday are the days if you want to study for a degree, HND or foundation degree, or learn about going to university, student life and finance.
On Wednesday 7 July between 10am and 8.30pm you can find out about undergraduate, postgraduate, professional development and short courses, talk to tutors, look around the facilities, learn about being a mature student and studying part-time, plus there is advice for parents.
On Saturday 10 July between 10am and 1.30pm is the time if you are interested in studying with the Open University. For information or to book a place call 01342 322642.
