Culinary Arts Studio serves up a feast

Liven up your cooking and entertain your palate at three masterclasses taking place at the university's Culinary Arts Studio, at the School of Service Management, this October.

The events are all part of Eastbourne's new food and wine festival Feastbourne, a ten-day gastronomic celebration.

Bill Collison of 'Bill's' a foodie heaven offering locally sourced vegetables and deli-style goods in Brighton and Lewes, together with his chef will show how uncomplicated fresh vegetables can be, where to source them and how to prepare them.

Chairman of the Association of Pastry Makers will exhort the virtues of chocolate and Mary and John Stratton of Stratta, which produces a mind-boggling variety of flavoured vinegars and spiced oils, will show how these products can be used in almost any aspect of cooking.
